If you are attending one of our
classes for the first time, please
arrive 10 minutes early as registration forms and attendance
forms will need to be completed on arrival. You can also

Dance Fit Sydney
offers low impact dance fitness and exercise classes to all your favourite songs from the
70's, 80's, 90's and the latest
you hear on the radio.
ALL CLASSES strive to improve fitness while enhancing
rhythm. We combine various styles of dance steps to keep you moving
you are having fun and getting a great workout — you are
improving your coordination, agility, and balance!
Classes are designed
everybody and EVERY body of all ages, sizes and fitness levels. There are no upfront fees, just
pay as you go and come when you can!
WHAT YOU NEED:
Water, Hand towel,
Comfortable clothes that you can move in, eg.
leggings/joggers, trainers and dance sneakers are best for the class.
NO MAT required
All venues are air conditioned
