Dance Fitness & Exercise Classes





We are excited! Our Covid Safe Plan has been approved and we are now able to hold classes at some of our venues. Check the classes page to see what we have available.

Due to the ease of Government restrictions, class sizes have increased to 1 person per 2sqm.

If you are attending one of our classes for the first time, please arrive approximately 5 - 10 minutes early as registration forms and attendance forms will need to be completed on arrival. We are using the Service NSW QR code system but if you don't have a Smartphone or encounter an error, we are happy to enter your details manually. You can also download the registration form here and bring it to class to save time.

Please make sure you bring along your own drink bottle.

A Hand sanitising station will be placed at the entrance to the hall and inside the hall.

Please make yourself familiar with our Covid Safe Plan which will also be displayed at the entrance to the hall.

REMEMBER: Please do NOT attend if you are feeling unwell.





Dance Fit Sydney offers low impact dance fitness, line dancing and exercise classes to all your favourite songs from the 60's, 70's, 80's, 90's and the latest you hear on the radio.

ALL CLASSES strive to improve fitness while enhancing rhythm. We combine various styles of dance steps to keep you moving and while you are having fun and getting a great workout you are improving your coordination, agility, and balance!  

Classes are designed for everybody and EVERY body of all ages, sizes and fitness levels. There are no upfront fees, just pay as you go and come when you can!



WHAT YOU NEED: Water, Hand towel, Comfortable clothes that you can move in, eg. leggings/joggers, trainers and dance sneakers are best for the class.

NO MAT required - No floor work

All venues are air conditioned

Seniors Classes are both standing and seated on a chair
